Roof problems do not respect neighbourhood lines either, which is why the quiz asks about the roof rather than the address first.
Then, less dramatically: morning fog that sits on the roof until mid-morning. Damp that arrives every morning and leaves by lunchtime is worse for a roof than rain, because nothing ever fully dries between one and the next.
Most asked for around here: metal roofing
A metal roof costs roughly double a shingle roof and lasts roughly three times as long. Whether that is a good trade depends entirely on how long you are staying.
Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. You pay nothing, now or later. Roofing contractors pay us for the introduction, which is why the service costs you nothing and why we are upfront that it is how we make money.
Do you handle commercial buildings?
We do. It is a different set of contractors — commercial and low-slope work is a separate trade from residential re-roofing — so answering the property question accurately matters.
Are you a roofing company?
No. Lake Elsinore Cedar Ridge Roofing is a free matching service. We do not hold a roofing licence, we do not employ crews, and we never come to your house. We pass your request to independent local contractors who do the work and who you hire directly.
